Testimonials
- “The Jamboree rejuvenated the fun and energy in our household! We have been enjoying the activities we’ve learned through Challenger Baseball @ Home, but this Jamboree brought back the fun! The best was the Jambo, Jambo, 1, 2, 3!”
- “It was absolutely one of the nicest ways to celebrate our little girl. I didn’t think she would stay as engaged as she did through the day but even in between innings she was watching every picture. It was incredible. Thank you so so much!”
- “Thank you for hosting this event, it made my son feel so special, thank you for the goodies in the mail, and the guests were awesome. He wore the medal at dinner and said it was HIS special day! A big thank you to you and your staff- well done for being the first time!”
- “What a great way to involve families from across the country! This is the first Jamboree we have attended as usually we cannot attend in person. What a great experience for all!”
- “I was really impressed that you were able to take how special the Challenger Baseball organization normally makes them feel, and translate that same feeling to an online Jamboree”
- “You brought baseball to a group of athletes and families today in the most engaging and fun way. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Watching our son light up and cheer and even wave to Meg was just the best (he just learned to wave so I may have cried a little when that happened)”
- “You are all amazing, and we appreciate you so so much. Sincerely, thank you! As a family, especially with everything going on, we really needed this”
- “Jays Care Foundation makes our kids feel so special. They are highlights, respected and celebrated”
- “Thank you for having this event! Our children really have been impacted with social isolation, so it was wonderful to have something to look forward to and enjoy with other families. My family is forever grateful for all the things that Jays Care has done for our family through these trying times. From having events, sending equipment kits, or just checking in, it helps”
- “It would be great to see virtual events continue after COVID. We accessed the events from the hospital, and could not have attended a live event”
- “The four of you did an amazing job. You had 9 innings to fill and honestly you did a great job making each part interactive, interesting, engaging, fun and inclusive. The genuine enthusiasm was amazing. To be honest, most people would come off as phoney, but all four of you were the real deal and it showed”
